Most of you know that Robert Jordan has a new "Wheel of Time" novel that is due out in bookstores in January 2004. It is called New Spring the novel, and we are happy to say that we will be adapting Robert Jordan's New Spring, the Novel into a graphic novel. You've been seeing some of our artwork on other adaptations and I'm sure that you have a sense of what we are capable of. Please check out the link below to see the article in Newsarama and post your thoughts, enjoy and spread the word to any Robert Jordan fans that you know newsarama.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7311

Hi Isabel, how are you doing? It's always a pleasure to speak to the first person that welcomed me here on this board Yes, I'm the president of Roaring Studios I'm happy to hear of your excitement. So far we have GRRM, Robert Jordan, Dragonlance, Tad Williams, Raymond E. Feist, Robert Silverberg and many others that I'm not able to mention at this time Yes, you will be able to get it from your comic book retailer from the Netherlands, we'll tell you the order number when we are ready so that you can get it Thank you for helping out and spreading the word. I will continue to post art in the other thread that I started and if anyone wants to know how we handle our art you can refer them to that thread. Thanks

I also still have a few questions/ remarks. I thought i should ask them. If you can't answer them right now, that's ok. But maybe you can answer them later 1 Are you planning only one comic book so far? 2 How many pages will it be? (large estimate is also ok, like more than 40 ) 3 You said New Spring the novel, so it will be the adaption of that, not the shorter version in legends? 4 PLEASE DON'T ASK DARREL K. SWEET to do the art;) (the one who does the covers of wot) 5 How long will it take to get done, next year or 2 years? bye, isabel

Hi there... Of course, we'd like to hear all about this upcoming comic book, but please remember that this is a forum for Nynaeve fans. It is NOT meant for advertising! I believe it isn't even allowed by Proboards... As for now, I don't think anyone has broken that rule, but I'm afraid that if someone is going to post real advertisements, I'll have to delete them, because else I'll get in trouble with Proboards and I'll have to delete the entire message board. I hope you'll understand why I post this message. It isn't because I don't like to hear about these comic books or anything... I just don't want this message board to be used for commercial advertisements.

Very good point Liandra, and neither do I want you to get an any trouble especially since you have been nothing but kind to me since my first time here. I will leave this thread as is for now. Once Robert Jordan chooses the artist and I have character sketches I will post them here for you all to give feedback and that way there will be no problems
