New spring might come 2 December:)) Containing 368 pages. At least that is what is on the amazon page now. I think it is possible, because it is only two weeks or so.
So many pages would be great:)

I don't think so... Tor Books said January 6th, I believe. I don't see why it would come a month sooner. Unless Robert Jordan has finished the book before the deadline. And I don't believe that! Still, if they're reporting it at Amazon, it might be true. But if I remember well, they've named dates before... and none of them were right. Anyway, I think we'll just have to WAFO (wait and find out).

The strangest thing is that amazon first had it at january, but they moved the date back. Two weeks before they say it will be out, so it is possible they might have the books already in store. If they hadn't moved back, i wouldn't have believed them so soon. And Jordan had finished new spring a long time ago. The date in january would have been more than the 2 months it normally takes to publish a wot book. I believed he finished september or something like that. ------------------------------------------------------ Forget this: Amazon changed it again... So it probably won't be out until january, but you never know. Because jordan was already done in september with the book. So the book could have been out sooner. But maybe Tor will surprise us so we can get the book for Christmas. bye isabel

I think they already have the book done but they might hold it until Jan.
There was a mistake with {Orbit} in England they put out CoT two weeks before anyone else... So they will hold it for everyone to get it on Jan 6....

Do you mean it's out and you bought it, or do you mean you saw they had it in stock ready to release?!

New Spring Review No-spoilers (at least I hope so)
I never really wrote a real review so I am going to try it this time without spoilers or saying any things that might give people clues to what happened in the book. So I can't say very much. But I can first of all how it was written.
The first half of the book is most focused on Moiraine and is completely new. The second half of the book is partly the new spring we have read in Legends. Sometimes there are extra new chapters in that part. And it has also been rewritten. I think some things have been left out. (although i am not completely 100 percent sure) And also there are new sentences/ things a little bit different or even very large new pieces added in the chapters or parts that have stayed the same. So it is definitly worth reading.
Don't think when you get to this part that it is exactly the same as new spring you've read. There are a lot of new things in it, things have been changed, have been added, chapters have been added etc. So it is definetly worth reading. Don't think that you have already read this part!
An example of something that has been added: ( i don't consider it a spoiler, but just an example) (I really find it funny and think is is great to hear this for Nynaeve, although we already expected so much from what we heard in wh and pod)
This is part of the chapter in which Lan was in Canluum in the other new spring, in which he just found a tavern and some taverngirl wants to sleep with him. "If Lira did share his bed tonight, as seemed certain, she would discover there was nothing shy or retiring about himonce they were abed, yet the woman chose to enter that bed and when to leave."
This is the only thing I am going to quote of this book so far, but I think I have given you all an idea about how it is rewritten.
Secondly: I am not going to tell anything about the first half of the book except that I liked it or actually loved it. Things did happen, but I also said that of cot. But I do think that also other people would think that things happen. (Don't think Dumai's wells, or things exactly like that)
Conclusion: I loved New Spring. Only now I really don't like the old new spring any more;) This new Spring is really a complete book it really tells the whole story and when you look back (at least that is how i felt) at the old new spring you feel that it isn't complete. So it is definately worth buying, although i am not sure if everyone will like it. I loved Cot, and not everyone did. But I do think that much more people will like new spring.
bye, isabel

;D O my, I really LOVE New Spring! Sorry for all u guys who have to wait untill January 6th, but I really do! There's still hope for all those people (including myself) who thought Jordan lost it, when they read Crossroads of Twilight and hated it. He hasn't lost it! And there's this amazing new novel to prove it! ;D
